I was trying to add Dhiraagu mobile internet settings to my nexus s, after updating to ICS and wasn’t sure of the proxy/gateway IP address. Anyway here are the correct settings for Dhiraagu mobile internet, 3G, WAP and MMS for those of you who might be looking for it, and how to set it up on your Android.

Settings for WAP:

Port*: 9201 or 8080

Settings for MMS:
